WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
We are perfect for weddings, baby showers (mimosa bar can include non-alcoholic champagne too!), bridal showers, holiday parties, corporate events, photo/branding shoots, and more!
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE COST?
We know that every special event is different so please contact us for a custom quote, but basic packages include the mobile bar, two bartenders, 3-5 beverage choices, 3-5 hours of service.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
There is a non-refundable deposit required in order to reserve The Bubble Bar for your desired date. This deposit will secure your booking. Additional costs will apply for alcohol based off of package selection.
PRICE PER GUEST OR PER GLASS?
We can set this up however you like. For open bar situations, we generally have a "per guest" cost that will vary based on your alcohol preference. We also can set up hosted/open bar until a certain time or dollar amount is hit and then charge per glass to your guests after that. If you are not providing an open bar, then we will charge your guests per drink.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
Yes (in Washington)!! Many mobile bars are not able to provide the alcohol and require that you bring your own alcohol or your venue does, however, we are lucky enough to have our own liquor license! We take the hassle out of planning your event and show up with everything you will need, including glassware! In idaho, the liquor laws are different, so we can provide bartending services, but do not supply the alcohol. We can, however, give you a detailed shopping list to help you order enough alcohol for your event.
ARE THERE VENUE LIMITATIONS? DO YOU NEED A POWER HOOKUP AT THE VENUE?
Being a self contained bar on wheels means we can park in unique locations! We can hook up to location electricity or provide a generator, which means a party in a variety of settings!
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
We generally agree to travel within 40Â miles of South Spokane. However, for an additional mileage cost, we can travel farther!
